Our Return Policy
- Complaints for returns should be made within 24hrs of receiving the product to the concerned address provided.
- We accept return only if the product is damaged and it should be in original condition.
- Cancellation or Refund request should be made within 4 hours of placing order.
- Return request is not accepted, for slight color change, minor thread pull out, any seepage in weaving sarees.
- Will not accept the courier pack if the packet is damaged.
- Video of opening the package is more reliable to prove the defects.
- Customers are requested to reship the product back to the address provided.
- We will bear the return ship cost up to 100rs only.
- Return shipment tracking details should be shared within 24 hours after shipping.
- Once the product is received, we verify the complaint, then the refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
